Father rapes 11 year daughter for 3 months!

In what can be termed as a shocking incident, A 40 year old man from South Delhi’s Malviya Nagar area was arrested on Wednesday for raping his 11-year old daughter. Her wife and the girl’s mother herself complained to Police that he is raping the girl for about 3 months now.

The accused was a tailor and has four daughters and one son. Police registered a case of rape under Section 376 of the IPC and appropriate sections of the POCSO Act. The child was sent for a medical examination at AIIMS.

In another case, a 16 year old juvenile was arrested for raping a four-year-old . The girl is the juvenile’s neighbour. These kind of incidents have become quite common in the national capital. No wonder Delhi is being called as the Rape Capital of India.
