Father will direct my debut film as lead: Puri Akash

In another few years, Telugu industry will have another star hero Puri Akash, son of Puri Jagannadh. The young actor has so far played young versions of Pawan Kalyan, Mahesh Babu. Akash is currently busy completing his education and will later join the New York acting academy to pursue a degree in acting.

He has already planned his career and says that his father will direct his first as lead hero. He added that his father will write a special script for him and launch him in the industry. It seems Puri had decided many years back that he will launch his son, who will only enter cinema after he completes his education.

Akash will soon be soon as young Balakrishna in Boyapati Srinu’s Legend. Apparently, Srinu liked Akash’s performance in Businessman and Gabbar Singh and decided to rope him in to play young Balayya.
