Film in the combination of Rajinikanth and Dhanush?

Rajinikanth and his son-in-law Dhanush are going to appear together in a film for the first time? This is the latest hot gossip doing the rounds of Bollywood industry. And the director to bring together the two is Anand Rai who gave a sensational debut to Dhanush in Hindi with Raanjhanaa. The combination incidentally has tried many times in the past but has always failed to materialize except for a small cameo appearance of Dhanush in a Rajini film.

Anand Rai however is a very critically acclaimed director who has so far given two big successes to two South Indian actors. First the director gave the long awaited solo hit to actor Madhavan with Tanu Weds Manu and later as we all know he have the super hit Raanjhanaa with Dhanush. The latter is expected to sweep all the awards for best debut actor for Dhanush later in the year. When asked about his next venture the director had in the past mentioned that he would again be working with Dhanush but now this latest piece of news citing Rajinikanth also in the project as well seems even more exciting.
