Finally, Clarity On Adipurush Telugu Bookings

Adipurush is set for a big release on the 16th of this month. The advance bookings in the Hindi belt are progressing on an encouraging note. However, the Telugu states bookings haven’t opened yet.

In this context, M9News asked People Media Factory about the delay in opening Telugu states bookings and here’s what they had to say.

“There was some delay due to the ticket hikes. It’s all sorted now. The bookings will open tomorrow(14 June)” it was affirmed.

About the Telugu states business aspect of Adipurush, People Media said “ We have an understanding with T-Series and so we bought Adipurush Telugu for 160 Crore + GST. That is around 185 Crore in total. We will also buy Prabhas’s Spirit.”

In a calculated move, People Media stated that they’ve gotten the permissions to hike ticket prices by Rs 50 in both Telugu states and they’re currently discussing with stakeholders to hike the prices by 25-50 based on the trends.
