“First Watch Wild Dog & Then Mine”

When two movies are releasing on the same date, it’s common to see the heroes of the respective films wishing each other the best of luck and success. But, Karthi set a new precedent with the kind of love he showered on Nagarjuna.

Speaking at the pre-release event of his upcoming movie ‘Sulthan‘ releasing on 2nd April Karthi said, “First watch my brother’s film ‘Wild Dog‘ and then, watch my film.” This was unexpected because any other hero would say, “Watch both the films and hope, both of them will be successful.”

No doubt, Karthi took the word ‘brother’ literally from the movie ‘Oopiri’ and didn’t forget his screen brother Nagarjuna. ‘Sulthan’ has a novel concept of the hero having 100 brothers with the concept imagining if Sri Krishna was on the side of 100 Kauravas.

Rashmika Mandanna is making her Tamil debut with this film and playing a village belle for the first time. By the way, throughout the event, we can see Warangal Srinu being excited and moving around making his presence felt. He bought the theatrical rights of the Telugu version of ‘Sultan’.
