Venkat Prabhu has literally decided to reboot his career with his new film. The director is planning to return to his roots and make a sequel for his debut film Chennai 28. The film as we all know was a cult hit that brought instant fame to the director and the cast and crew of the film.

For its sequel which is still untitled, the director is planning to retain the cast as it is. Can the sequel repeat the first film’s magnitude of success and re-launch Venkat Prabhu as director? Looks like a tough job ahead.
