Telugu Actress Who Went to Bollywood was Sexually Harassed

Nowadays, actresses are bravely narrating their sexual harassment anecdotes and revealing to the world the ordeals they had gone through in the glamour industry. Asha Saini, now called Flora Saini made her debut into Tollywood in 1999 and did several movies along with Balakrishna’s ‘Narasimha Naidu’ and became popular for the item number ‘Lux Paapa’.

After a considerable period in Tollywood, Flora Saini migrated to Bollywood and started doing movies there and even started dating a producer Gaurang Doshi. The actress opened up on those days when she was sexually harassed by the producer, beaten up and also threatened that he would end her career. Back then, she was horrified and even felt like running away from facing the people.

After seeing many women opening up, Flora Saini understands the need to speak up on the issue and not let an abuser to decide the fate of a woman. She was beaten up physically but she says that the scars will be there for lifetime. That itself, explains how hurtful it had been for her. By and by, victims are standing up for themselves instead of waiting for some Messiah to show up and fight on their behalf.
