21-year old Karthick Naren turned out to be a surprise package when his ‘Dhuruvangal Pathinaaru’ (dubbed as ‘D 16’ in Telugu) turned out to be a surprise super hit and made industry heads turn towards the young and talented director.

Director Gautham Menon is one of those who was amazed by this bundle of talent and he announced a film with this youngster. It is official that Karthick Naren is going to direct Gautham Menon’s production venture ‘Naragasooran, The Tale of A Fallen Demon’.

Gautham Menon is bringing in talented and best cast for Karthick’s next. Aravind Swamy, Shriya Saran, Sundeep Kishan and Indrajith are brought on board for this young director’s ‘Naragasooran’. Gautham Menon actually wanted Naga Chaitanya, but it didn’t work out. Anyway, it’s rare to see a big director backing up a youngster and encouraging talent.
