‘Heart Attack’ will make or break my career: Puri

Puri Jagganadh, one of the ace filmmaker of Telugu filmdom, is desperately in need of a hit. After his last two films bombed at the box-office, he has pinned all hopes on his latest film ‘Heart Attack’, which according to him will either make or break his career. He said he will have a heart attack if the film doesn’t turn out to be a hit.

Speaking at the audio launch event of the film in Hyderabad on Thursday, he said that everything has gone right so far in the film. All that he hopes for now is that it releases as scheduled and turns out to be a hit. The film has music by Anup Rubens, with whom Puri has collaborated for the first time. He said that when he had approached Anup for the film, the latter said he can’t do it because he thought he was inexperienced. Puri, however, convinced him with great difficulty.

Nithiin and newcomer Adah Sharma play the lead in the film, which was mostly shot in Spain. Speaking at the event, Nithiin said that he was supposed work with Puri after Jayam, but things didn’t fall in place as planned. He said he is a fan of Puri’s dialogues and that he thoroughly enjoyed mouthing them in the film.
