Hero Skips Promotions After Wife’s Involvement

As good as their technical finesse might be, Malayalam cinema is often in the news over the altercations between actors and crew members and producers. Now, it is a feaud between a hero and a producer that is catching the attention in Mallu space.

Going into the story, noted Malayalam actor named Kunchacko Boban did a film titled Padmini. He was reportedly paid a handsome Rs 2.5 crore for the film for just working 25 days.

However, when the film approached the release and the hero had to step out for the promotions, he is nowhere to be seen.

The producer is stating that Kunchako was paid his full remuneration but he hasn’t agreed to take part in a single interview till now. The reason behind the hero ignoring the promotions is also an attention grabbing one.

As per reports, Kunchako’s wife hired a marketing strategist for the film. After watching the raw footage, the strategist gave a bad verdict and that is the reason why the hero is not taking part in the promotions it seems. This is one of the burning topics in Malayalam cinema now.
