She had been the hottest heroine of her times and the most sought after sensational heroine for allegedly being in an illicit relationship with superstar Amitabh Bachan.

Rekha-Amitabh’s love story had been the talk of the town as the superstar was already a married man ( wife Jaya Badhuri, another yesteryear heroine famous for sensible roles as versatile actress). But a shocking revelation came from one of Rekha’s close aides that the yesteryer hottie supposedly sports a ‘sindhoor’ in Amitabh Bachan’s name. Actor Puneet Issar’s wife revealed the shocking fact recently. On many public occasions and appearances, Rekha and Amitabh chose to avoid each other and though both appeared in recent Bollywood film ‘Shamitabh’, they didn’t share the screen space.
