How much is too much for Baahubali?

Promotions for a film are absolutely necessary and there is no denying it. We have seen many good films fail to register at box office due to lack of promotions and thereby lack of awareness. But then we also have a category of over promotion too. Is Baahubali treading this path?

Baahubali the film at this point itself is massive for Telugu. It need not have any further promotion still the film would open creating history at box office. It therefore begs the question of the current promotional strategy used through the pics. Introducing the main characters is fine but then introducing all the characters? It surely is overkill and that’s what the general feeling is right now.

Isn’t it the time to get a move ahead and give something new not just character introduction? If all this is done for the non Telugu audience then one hopes the makers initiate a new strategy where by the core audience are not left dissatisfied.
