How Rajamouli trimmed 30 mins intelligently!

‘Baahubali’s international version is ready and it’s obvious that this international cut version would be more pacy and the run-time will be reduced. In a director’s panel with Rajamouli, over the discussion on the subject, Rajamouli revealed that they have intelligently chopped off 30 minutes of the film which makes it more pacy.

The director talked about unwanted scenes in ‘Baahubali’ which he couldn’t remove given to the time constraint during the release of regional language versions and Hindi version. Now the international version has got rid of those scenes. Well, those who saw the ‘desi’ versions, can easily make out those scenes.

For ‘Baahubali, The Conclusion’, Rajamouli says that he has earmarked 150 days for the rest of the shoot and the shooting will begin towards the end of November this year. That means, the film will be ready by the end of next year. This allows us to predict that the movie might not hit theaters in 2016 probably.
