Sankranti Turning Spiceless for Tollywood

This Sankranthi turned out to be a big disappointment, unlike last year when all the three Sankranthi releases turned out to be blockbusters. ‘Agnyaathavaasi’ literally shell-shocked the audiences turning out to be a disaster. It will take a few more days to know to what extent the movie delivered a disaster.

‘Jai Simha‘ came with low expectations with old-fashioned execution and routine mass entertainer as expected from the teaser and the trailer material. In this scenario, Raj Tarun’s movie is due for release on 14th January. The trailer of the movie revealed that it is going to be a feel-good kind of routine movie.

Last year, it was a feast with ‘Shatamanam Bhavathi’, Chiru’s comeback movie and Balayya’s 100th movie. This year, it is totally spiceless with two disappointments. it is left to Raj Tarun to impress critics and audiences, this Sankranthi. Or else, will it be Suriya’s dubbing movie ‘Gang’ that would walk away with all the credit?
