Hyderbad – the 2nd most malicious city in India!

According to a report by F-secure labs, Hyderabad is the second most malicious city in the country in 2014 for breeding malware in their computer systems. The National capital, Delhi is in the first place while Chennai and Chandigarh in the third and fourth places as the top malicious cities in the country.

The study revealed that malware especially banking related malware is rampant in India. These mobile malwares are particularly breeding in Android Phone which are more vulnerable. In most cases, hackers through these malware own PCs and use them from spamming making substantial amount of money.

Banking Related malware is used to steal bank users’ names and passwords and it mostly spreads through USB removable drives and thereby stealing money. The country as a whole is very poorly equipped for dealing with this cyber crimes.
