Hype Vs Underplay!

The title explains the possible trends going on in Tollywood today. Its all about hype or underplaying. Yes this is in regarding to the movie collections. The box office figures usually help as promoters for the movies after they release. But makers do take different approaches to project them. For example, Balakrishna’s Legend is doing so well for the metrics of a senior actor. The movie collected 26 plus Crores share in its first week but the makers have announced it as 33 Crore odd. On the otherside, a last week released movie opened to lukewarm response from the audience and the makers have announced that their first collected a whopping 4 Crore on its first day!!!

On the other side, there are cases too where makers underplay their success. Uyyala Jampala starring new comers made in a budget of 2 Crores went on to collect 15 Crore odd but the producers did not say a word about the collections. Last week release, Hrudaya Kaleyam is amazingly performing well but the producers are not interested in talking about their figures.
