I’m Not a Drunkard – Sye Raa Writer

Responding to the talk in the industry circles that writer Sai Madhav Burra is spoiling his health as he always drinks alcohol, the acclaimed writer confesses that he drinks occasionally but not a drunkard. He has this time limit that he doesn’t drink till 8 p.m.

Every day after 8 p.m. he drinks like a habit but never drinks during the daytime even when he is free or on Sundays. So, he is not a drunkard as many in the industry think, clarified the writer. Sai Madhav Burra wrote for super hit films like ‘Khaidi No: 150’ and ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni‘. He is also penning scripts for more than half-a-dozen movies.

Now he is working for Chiranjeevi’s ‘Sye Raa’ and also has finished script work for a couple of other movies among them, one is a biopic on Kodi Ramamoorthy and another is a period movie ‘Kannappa’ for Mohan Babu. There are several other social dramas aka ‘Sakshyam’ and another movie with Sai Dharam Tej.
