Forgetful Last Week with Forgetful Films

We are on the verge of winding up 2018 and welcome the New Year. The last Friday of this year had two more releases aka ‘Idam Jagath’ starring Sumanth in the lead and the Telugu remake ‘Bluff Master’ of the Tamil hit movie ‘Satturanga Vettai’. The latter has Satya Dev playing the lead.

However, both the movies turned out to be average with mixed talk and they have already fallen into forgetful movies of the year, league. The talk on the movies was not very encouraging. Comparatively, ‘Bluff Master’ has got a better rating as the story from the original Tamil movie turned out to be the winner, here. Even the basic concept of ‘Idam Jagath‘ was good but the direction and the writing were weak, one must say, very bad.

So, the last week of the year is ending up with two forgetful films which failed to make any noise at the box-office. Let’s wait for the New Year for the beeline of movies waiting to come into the theatres to entertain us. Especially, the Sankranthi movies are expected to entertain the audiences, big time as it is one of the biggest festival seasons for the film industries down South, even.
