If Not For Sri Reddy, Who Will Do It for a Rented House?

Some time back, Sri Reddy moved to Chennai and she was said to be doing a Tamil film ‘Reddy Diary’, close to the biographical account of Sri Reddy’s life. There is no clue how the movie has been progressing. However, there is an update from Sri Reddy on a different matter.

She posted the housewarming pictures of her new house performing the traditional customs boiling the milk to overflow on the stove, bringing cows into the new house to graze, performing pooja etc. She surprised everyone who started thinking how she could buy a new house when had always maintained that she didn’t have enough money even to pay her rent when in Hyderabad.

But, she gave a clarity that it wasn’t her own house but a rented house. But, who would follow all those customs and perform those rituals for a rented house as those rituals are followed only for a new-built house not every time a tenant comes into the house. But, questioning Sri Reddy is like inviting unnecessary fighting. It’s Sri Reddy and it’s her way.
