If Thaman Fails, Ram Charan Must Be Angry?

The recent case of Devara showed how important soundtrack and audio albums are for a film’s success. The four popular songs in the Devara album and the refined BGM works were of good quality for Devara and propelled the box office run further.

In the case of Game Changer, the situation is the exact opposite. Thaman’s songs have been largely ignored by the larger section of the audience and they added absolute no value to the film as a product.

However, what’s done is done. Thaman now carries the onus of delivering some winning work for the coming teaser of the film. He must surely hit it out of the park with the BGM.

Thaman’s work for the newly released Baby John (Hindi) teaser has been largely well received. His trademark high pitch BGM has worked the trick.

Thaman will now have to emulate something similar with Game Changer and there are no two ways about it. Only if he delivers winning work for Game Changer’s teaser can the film gain any further momentum from this point, else things could go south.

Game Changer anyway has a Sankranthi advantage and the only thing the film needs now is a good teaser, trailer, and at least one chartbuster song. This is where Thaman holds the key for the Ram Charan starrer.
