Some say there is a delay in the shoot and VFX work. However, the team has clarified that there are no delays in the VFX works as they have finished the portions that need VFX well in advance.

The other day, it was revealed that Saif Ali Khan sustained some injuries and may need shoulder surgery. The news intensified the rumors of a possible postponement.

And then, there is another version that Anirudh is delaying the songs and there is confusion if he can complete his work for the April 5th release. This has been a complaint with Anirudh for a long time and it can not be denied.

The General Elections in Andhra Pradesh are expected around the same time. The mood of the entire nation will be completely focused on politics. If the schedule of the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana elections is around the same time, the makers may opt for postponement.
