I’m Tired of Crying – Taxiwaala Director

If one blow wasn’t enough, the HD print of ‘Taxiwaala‘ was released again on the notorious piracy site Tamil Rockers just days ahead of release. When the debut director Rahul Sankrityan came to know of this pirated version being made available again, he posted a heart touching message on this act.

The director said that he was tired of sobbing and has understood that true excitement comes from the process of how one’s movie has been shaping up rather than the appreciation of others. Rahul confidently said that he was proud of his movie and it was going to bag success. The man must have gone through enough of anxiety and hurt when the pirated version of his debut movie was leaked online.

When he and his team are working non-stop day and night for 36 hours, the news came to him that the unedited version was leaked again. Rahul took it quite in his stride and said that the unedited version will serve as the piece to learn editing for those who enjoyed the uncut version. “A three and a half hour trailer for a 2:15 hour long film,” laughs off the director. Well, blow after blow made him so strong that he has pulled himself together to face the harsh realities.
