Is Trivikram trying to prove point to Superstar?

Earlier in the year for Superstar Mahesh Babu’s birthday, it was officially confirmed that a film in the combination of director Trivikram and Mahesh Babu would happen. An ad to this effect was released in all leading dailies.

Things however took a dramatic turn when the director signed on to do a film with Nithin instead of working on the script of Superstar’s film. It meant the star pushed the film further to summer next year and starting Brahmotsavam instead. Later with AR Murugadoss coming into picture, the Trivikram film was abandoned completely.

Now when one hears the news about Trivikram making a bilingual with Suriya from next year, one can’t help but feel that the director is trying to prove a point to the star. Remember the star too is going to do a bilingual around the same time?
