Puri Jagan’s favourite dog named Jacks passed away and the director posted a tweet saying that he was in pain. Though it might seem funny to others, Puri Jagan’s love for animals is a known thing. He is indeed a very genuine animal lover, who treats animals as if they were human beings and his friends, especially.

When he was low financially, Puri Jagannadh couldn’t feed his dogs. So, he gave them away to his friend. But, brought them back after five years. However, Jacks, the dog was so hurt that it neither waved its tail nor talked with Puri. It had been eight years since the dog didn’t respond to his love probably because he gave up the dog to his friend for five years. The director seems to have feelings towards the pets he keeps.

Not just puppies or dogs, Puri Jagannadh even has birds as pets treating them as if they were human and even talking with them. Maybe, Kajal Agarwal’s character in ‘Temper’ as an animal lover came up with the same inspiration. He seems to have lost his best pet repenting the loss of Jacks.
