It’s Not an Attack on Reviewers – Neevevaro Team

Neevevaro, which was released with greats hopes couldn’t get much at the theatres and received mixed reviews from the critics for the film lacked as many thrills as expected. Looking at the same, the writer Kona Venkat took a dig at the reviewers for driving the audience to the wrong impression.

After the release, usually, the film teams celebrate the film’s success with a success meet, but Neevevaro team put up Thank You meet and opened up about their disappointment with the reviews. Kona Venkat at the event said, they make movies for the audience, but not for the writers. “You were never our target,” he said.

Clarifying that this is not an attack on the reviewers but his distress on the mixed reviews, Kona says they worked for the job satisfaction and they have achieved that and the film has reached the audience as they wanted and they won’t care about the mixed reviews. Aadhi, the hero too added to Kona’s words saying, they work hard only for the audience and ask people to enjoy the film as an audience who goes into the theater with popcorn, but not the pen and paper to analyze the film.
