“I Don’t Have Andhra – Telangana Difference”

Speaking at ATA (American Telugu Association) 25th anniversary at Chicago, senior actor Jagapathi Babu reminisced his association with America from his younger days and how his mother had restricted him from going to America in fear of marrying an American.

He says that he doesn’t have those differences in mind. Whether it is an American or an Indian, Andhra or Telangana, or any caste; it is one for him. He doesn’t entertain such differences and feels that everyone is same as we have same blood and the feelings of people are universal.

This isn’t the first time Jagapathi Babu talked openly about differences among people based on caste, nationality and region. On many occasions he made himself clear that as an actor and also as a person in reality, he doesn’t believe in separatist ideology.
