Jail authorities not applying mind on Superstar's parole

When Superstar wanted a parole of 30 days for his daughter Trishala’s nose operation to take place in April, surprisingly he got the parole in August, by the time her nose surgery had been done and even her nose healed to a large extent.

Bollywood superstar Sanjay Dutt is undergoing is four year jail sentence in Yerawada Jail, Pune for being convicted in Possession of Illegal Arms during the Mumbai Attacks. His parole has always been a controversy.

But this time, it’s the jail officials who are to be blamed for not applying mind when granting parole and not taking action within the time. It’s not only the case of Sanjay Dutt, there are allegations that many other convicts who have committed grave crimes are also granted paroles without applying mind.
