Tarak’s Wednesday Challenge In US!

So it will be a Wednesday challenge for Young Tiger NTR in the US as Janatha Garage has been confirmed for Thursday release on September 1st. The reason for preponing the release is bandh which we have mentioned yesterday.

In the two Telugu states, the release is good as Janatha Garage will have partial holiday on its second day and then another holiday on Monday.

However, as far as the US is concerned, Thursday release means difficult task to achieve the premiere record which was up for grabs earlier. Even the last film of Jr NTR had a Tuesday premiere which made records impossible. Nannaku Prematho collected $355,321.00 from Tuesday premiers.

Janatha Garage comes in a perfect combination with the best cast and crew possible. It was therefore expected that the film would set the US box office ablaze too starting with premieres. The film can still create wonders in the long run though as now it gets an extended long weekend.
