Jealousy is the reason for cheating case :Gautam

Gautham Menon and his associates had been accused of scamming producer Jayaraman who had also filed a case against them. Jayaraman had been accusing them of not paying a sum of one crore after striking a deal for Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa’s Hindi remake, Ekk Deewana Tha. When contacted, Gautham Menon spoke in length about the issue and explained how the entire incident is borne of jealousy and ego. Apparently, Menon just considers it as the murky side of Tamil Cinema and takes it in stride.

Gautham explained that all these issues came up only when he started a company with his partners, Reshma Ghatala and Venkat Somasundaramand got it listed.When Jayaraman and his partner were not made a part of this initiative, they brought up this case so as to hinder them in making new movies. It was timed exactly at the start of a new film with Suriya which later got cancelled!
