Following the response to Caution 1, which introduced the characters and diamond-hunting ambitions of Jo Jo, the makers have released another glimpse focusing on the female lead. Presented by filmmaker Deva Katta, Caution 2 offers a closer look at the film’s relationship dynamics, with its female lead questioning her companion’s views on love and commitment.
Rather than accepting the protagonist’s declarations of affection, she questions his understanding of manhood and asks what he is prepared to offer the woman he loves. Her argument is direct: pursuing a girl for a few days means little if he is unwilling to marry her, share her responsibilities and remain by her side for life.
She approaches romance with clear expectations, making her views on commitment known. The protagonist responds with confidence, insisting that he never goes back on his word. His assurance leads to an unexpected comparison with actor Balakrishna, adding a Telugu pop-culture reference to the exchange. The scene focuses on the woman’s insistence on accountability as she questions his claims and expects him to stand by his words.
Written and directed by Kiran Jay Kumar and produced by Vijay Krishna Lingamaneni under the Vijayam banner, Jo Jo stars Krishna Kamal as Seenu and Maahi Sri as Supraja. The rustic romantic comedy features outspoken characters and humour rooted in its setting. The film is expected to arrive in theatres soon.
