How does Kajal Agarwal fit into the below poverty line strata? Tamil Nadu government decided to replace the traditional ration card with the smart card. Hence, the poor applied online with their photos. One woman, Saroja from Omalur near Salem got her smart card with Kajal Agarwal’s photo.

Giving clarity on the issue, Minister Kamaraj explained that a wrong photo was taken during the online application process and hence, the blame will not go to the government for printing a wrong photo. Anyway, this isn’t the only smart card with a wrong photo. Since it is Kajal Agarwal’s photo, this particular card has got famous.
