The makers of Kalki 2898 AD dropped a new poster the other day an it showcases Prabhas in the role of Bhairava. The manly look of Prabhas has worked the trick and it garnered a largely positive response.
While Prabhas’s look undeniably opened to a good response, there was one concerning thing about the poster that is leaving fans worried.
Incidentally, the poster didn’t have the release date imprinted on it. With doubts already raised about the release date – May 9, considering the lack of promotions, the makers decided to hide the release date in the new poster.
This conscious move from the makers could be a clear indication that the film is skipping the initial theatrical release plan of May 9, fans fear.
Practically speaking, Kalki needs a strong promotional plan with an elaborate execution period, and more importantly, the post-production is also a ver elongated one. Making it to theaters on May 9 was always going to be a challenge.
