June has been an eventful month for the Telugu community. It all started off with the AP electoral verdict which was announced on 4th June. Given the one-sided affair in favor of the alliance, it appeared that the AP people happily sided with the Kutami and in turn were happy that the YCP tenure came to an end.
Then came India’s sweet entry into the semifinals of the ongoing season of the T20 World Cup. This is great news for the followers of men in blue. The happiness of Telugus got doubled with this good run of India, after the earlier-mentioned AP electoral verdict.
Then comes the mighty Kalki which is creating havoc with its advance sales. The film has opened on a dream note in terms of advance bookings as the tickets are selling like hot cakes.
The Kalki euphoria is gripping the Telugu community globally and this is the kind of mad cinema action that has been missing over the last few months. Kalki is pulling the audience to theaters in big numbers again.
We are just halfway through 2024 and it can already be said that June is the best month of the year with so many events appeasing the Telugu folk happening in a span of a month.
If India can top it all off by winning the finals on the 29th of this month, then there will be no toppling June this year.
