Kalki’s Big Headache: All Eyes On Prabhas & Nagi

The much-anticipated movie Kalki 2898 AD is getting people excited and bringing them back to theaters. The Telugu film industry has been struggling for the past three months, but everyone hopes this film will turn things around.

Kalki 2898 AD is creating a lot of excitement in India as it prepares for its big release on June 27. Advance ticket sales started on June 23 and are doing great. Experts say the movie has already sold over 500,000 tickets on BookMyShow, and sales keep rising with each passing minute.

Advance bookings are huge, and the film is expected to have record-breaking openings in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and the US. The Hindi version is also selling better than expected, with first-day sales projected to be around 20 crores in the North.

However, the T20 World Cup might impact Kalki 2898 AD on its first day because India is playing against England in the big semi-final match on June 27.

This might dent box office collections, especially in the North, by a few crores.

Word of mouth should be extremely positive for Kalki to fight the battle against a huge cricketing event like the World Cup and draw audiences to the theaters.

Let’s hope Nag Ashwin has delivered a cracker of a film and Prabhas’ stardom will take care of the rest.
