Kareena Kapoor in Singham 2

Kareena Kapoor who until a few weeks back denied being in Singham 2 now seems to have developed second thoughts about it. With the actress getting one flop after other it looks like the actress has decided to part of this mass masala action venture to secure that elusive hit which keeps her boat floating. In Bollywood especially for a married actress it is very difficult to survive for a long period without proper hits and even though Kareena Kapoor hails from a prodigious family she too isn’t immune to it after all.

Singham 2 stars Ajay Devgan in the lead and is directed by the current hottest director in the trade Rohit Shetty. In the first part which was a remake of Suriya starrer Singham Kajal was seen playing the role of heroine. For Singham 2 it is still not clear whether it would be a remake of Tamil counterpart and if Kajal will be seen making an appearance. The makers first choice initially was Kareena and after she didn’t’ show interest initially, the unit decided to cast a fresh face. Many names did the rounds but it looks like finally things have gone back to where it all began with Kareena likely to come on board.
