Keerthy Suresh’s High Hopes on Debut

After winning a National Award as the Nation’s best actress, Keerthy Suresh will definitely have an edge for her debut Bollywood movie ‘Maidaan’ with Ajay Devgan playing a football coach Syed Abdul Rahim of the bygone era.

She has pinned high hopes on the movie and has been tight-lipped about her role alongside Ajay Devgan. Keerthy has done movies in different South Indian languages and no doubt, she is talented.

However, a lot depends on the role she was offered. Usually in biopics, the protagonist who plays the real life character on who the biopic was based will walk away with a meaty role and appreciations.

Let’s hope, Keerthy was offered something that will be suitable as an actress who won the National Best Actress Award recently. By the way, the actress slimmed down considerably for her Bollywood debut.
