KGF Emerging As Big Winner

It is the first weekend only, but a clear picture is emerging about the winner of movies that hit screens on December 21st. The one that is showing a positive trend is the Kannada biggie KGF starring Yash.

KGF has had a sensational record-breaking opening for a Kannada film ever in Karnataka. But, that was expected given the massive buzz and hype it came with. The real surprise is the performance of the movie in other languages. The mass action entertainer is doing well in Telugu and Hindi dubbed versions.

In Telugu and Hindi, KGF has shown improvement in collections while the other releases that came with it have dropped. If the same momentum is continued in the weekdays, there is no looking back for the film until Sankranthi when the next set of big movies arrive.
