Yash’s Mother Gets a Deadline

If we think that the celebrities, especially film actors get favorable treatment from the bureaucracy and the courts, it is untrue. Yash’s mother Pushpa has got an order from Karnataka High Court to vacate the house she has been residing in since 2010. She was given just two months deadline to vacate the house.

For the uninitiated, the house owners filed a petition against Yash’s mother over non-payment of the rent @Rs. 40,000 per month since 2013. The court ordered her to vacate the house by 31st March and also directed to pay the rent of Rs. 23 lakhs as the rent was due for the owners. Pushpa made an appeal asking six months to vacate the house as their new house has been in the construction phase.

But, the court turned down her appeal and only gave her two months time to vacate the house. Even the house owner agreed for the two months stay. It looks like, Yash has no say in this and he seemed to be not involved in the entire process. He used to live with his family earlier in the same house before he moved into his new house.
