Popular writer Kona Venkat today shared an interesting happening where he was more than happy to show his ‘Apple’. The star writer mentioned that he has worked on many successful films but he never got even a basket of apples from the makers of those successful films but the producer of his recently released film Loukyam is a rarity and gifted him a brand new Apple phone.
Well, what the writer has said is a true without any doubt. This is an industry where the producers expect the actors to return their share of money if the film doesn’t pay well but on the other hand when it does well, very few bother about the rest. Under such circumstances when someone gives due credit to a writer and gifts him, it is surely a thing to be bragged about. But given the standards exhibited in the industry we wonder if this bragging would be taken in the right spirit? What do you think?
