The new film in question is Krish directorial Manikarnika. It is a biopic of legendary Queen of India, Rani Lakshmi Bai. Kangana Ranaut stars in the titular role. There is buzz that yet another fringe group, from Rajasthan again, are planning to go Karni Sena way. They have begun the journey with an allegation that there will be romantic portions in the film between Rani Lakshmi Bai and a British.

While the unit has denied such thing as a rumor upfront, one can’t rule out the possibility of self-made controversy here. The doubt arises because the shoot has been going on smoothly until now with no controversial happenings. The latest accusation looked so out of the blue and planted with an intention to generate the heat around the project.
