Lakshmi Rai angry over Sreesanth controversy

Following the controversy regarding Sreesanth, actress Lakshmi Rai has denied all connections with the tainted cricketer. As it happens, the internet has been abuzz with the pictures of the duo together for the past few days. But Rai has refuted all such claims saying the pictures images were shot when the pair had appeared together in a television commercial a few years ago. The actress also explained that she was only involved in the IPL in a professional capacity and has no personal relationship with any cricketers.

As a matter of fact, the entirety of Tollywood also seems to be happy with the end of IPL considering its detrimental influence to movies ever since its inception. Additionally, Tollywood is also relieved on the front that the spot fixing controversy had dragged some names from the industry, and with the IPL over, this has taken a backseat.
