Lip-Lock Scenes No Big Deal for Her

It looked quite a number when the audiences came to know that ‘Arjun Reddy’ had more than three dozen kissing scenes and a lot of intimate scenes. However, post the film’s release, everyone felt that all those kisses were an integral part of the movie and they were done in an aesthetic manner, nothing vulgar.

Coming to Shalini Pandey, she says that she was okay with those scenes as they weren’t forced into the narrative and the script demanded them as a part of an expression of love instead of objectifying the female. Contrary to the reports that she was anguished while enacting those scenes, Shalini says that she is quite a detached person.

She is okay to do lip-lock scenes in her upcoming movies provided the scenes justify having to kiss. The actress is now in happy space for bagging a couple of interesting projects in Tamil, especially, the Tamil remake of ‘100% Love’. She was last seen in ‘Mahanati’ playing the role of legendary Savithri’s sister.
