Lucky Satyamurthy plods along at box office

There is no other way to describe what just happened this week in terms of the boost the numbers of Son of Satyamurthy would be getting other than calling it a lucky miracle. And the film is reaping rewards.

Allu Arjun starrer Son of Satyamurthy has been literally provided a life supporter for another week thanks to the postponement of the film Ganga. Collections of the film have improved due to its absence and with the new opposition unable to challenge it in any way, it has become the first choice of the audience over its second weekend as well.

Satyamurthy has crossed the 40 Cr mark at the box office as we write making it the third film in a row to do so from Allu Arjun. However as we have already reported there is still a long way to go before it gets break even at the box office.
