Maharshi is a Great Script – Mahesh Babu

Is there any similarity between Bharat in ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ and Rishi in ‘Maharshi’? Mahesh Babu says that they are entirely two different characters. However, there is a similarity as the films have social relevance combined with commercial entertainment.

Mahesh Babu had a memorable year in 2018 with Koratala Siva’s ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ which came after two big disasters of his career. The script was good and hence, even the director won accolades for the way he mingled a social message without missing commercial viability.

Mahesh says, even ‘Maharshi’ is a great script. We know that director Vamshi Paidipally waited for Mahesh Babu without working on any other project. Mahesh is excited about the movie and so we are as much excited as Mahesh is. Hope, Rishi will also turn out to be a memorable character for Mahesh Babu in 2019 like Bharat in 2018.
