Truth Behind Mahesh-Rajamouli Fight: Cinema is Dead?

For a few hours, fans of Mahesh Babu were genuinely shocked. A video went viral showing Mahesh Babu and director SS Rajamouli grabbing each other by the collars and fighting aggressively. With huge expectations around their upcoming film Varanasi, panic spread quickly. Many fans feared something had gone wrong between the two.

The confusion grew when Ram Gopal Varma shared the clip-on social media with the caption “Cinema is Dead.” That line created even more speculation. People started asking whether the video was real, leaked footage, or some kind of publicity stunt.

Soon, the truth came out. The video was completely fake. It was created using Artificial Intelligence. The deepfake was made with high precision. The facial expressions and movements looked very real at first glance, which is why many people believed it.

The incident has once again raised concerns about the misuse of AI. While AI is a powerful creative tool, it can also create highly convincing fake content that spreads fast and causes confusion. Some people felt Ram Gopal Varma’s caption hinted at a larger issue. If AI can produce such realistic visuals easily, the future of traditional filmmaking could face new challenges.

At the same time, many questioned the responsibility of sharing such content, especially when it involves big stars and major projects. Since Mahesh Babu and Rajamouli are working on a huge global film, the fake fight video naturally created unnecessary tension.
