Mahesh Babu is finally teaming up with SS Rajamouli, India’s biggest commercial filmmaker. The project is already in production, and a major update is expected on November 15.
This film is set to be the biggest in Mahesh Babu’s career, and fans are thrilled. But discussions have already begun about what Mahesh will do next after completing this Rajamouli epic.
After a film of such scale, Mahesh can’t return to his usual lineup of senior Telugu directors. He needs to keep the momentum alive with another powerful commercial film.
One name that stands out is Sandeep Reddy Vanga, known for his bold storytelling and blockbuster success with Animal. The two almost collaborated before Sarkaru Vaari Paata, but Mahesh reportedly stepped away due to the film’s intense script.
Now, Sandeep is directing Prabhas and gaining experience handling large-scale star projects. That makes him the perfect match for Mahesh Babu after the Rajamouli film. Both have wanted to work together, and this collaboration seems destined to happen — even if fans might have to wait a while for it.
