Mahesh Babu’s Okkadu remake gets a title

Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Okkadu is getting remade in Hindi starring Arjun Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha. The film will be producer by father of hero Boney Kapoor and is all set to roll from January. However there was one small glitch so far concerning the film and it was that the film had no title till now. Thanks to the Yash Raj Films and Adithya Chopra that is no longer an issue for the remake.

Well apparently Adithya Chopra who is very fond of actor Arjun Kapoor readily agreed to give the title ‘Tevar’ to the Kapoor’s when the latter requested him. The Kapoors felt that the title was apt for the film and they couldn’t seem to think of a better title than it. So when they mentioned the same to Adithya Chopra the head honcho of Yash Raj films, he gave them the title without any hesitation at all. The title is said to be very close to late Yash Chopra and it was on his insistence that it was registered.
