In an unfortunate event, the South India Shopping Mall’s branch at Kukatpally Hyderabad which was inaugurated with great fanfare on the fourth of October by Prince Mahesh Babu was closed within one day of its opening. The shopping mall was seized by the commissioner of GHMC, Hyderabad citing the lack of occupancy certificate. Apparently, Mr Krishna Babu, the commissioner of GHMC directed a team to verify the documents of the shopping mall and discovered that the mall was opened without getting an occupancy certificate following which he gave instructions to seize the shopping mall.
Following this ill-fated event, Mahesh Baby has been advised by his well wishers to verify the repute and technical clearances of any brand, ahead of acting as the brand ambassador of that product.
