Mahesh took huge psychological burden for JB

Choosing Jagapathi Babu to play father for ‘Mahesh Babu in ‘Srimanthudu’, is like a taking a big risk for Jagapathi Babu for his career because he might limit himself to fathers ‘roles. It’s the word given by Mahesh Babu and Koratla Siva assuring that they would take care of his role in the movie which made Jagapathi to take the role.

Mahesh accepts that it had been a huge burden for him psychologically to rethink about his character because they gave assurance for Jagapathi regarding his character. Jagapathi says that Mahesh and Siva worked on his role because they gave word to him.

After the tremendous success of his role in ‘Legend’, the burden lies on the makers of ‘Srimanthudu’ that they aren’t going to limit his career after ‘Srimanthudu’s father character. It has been a huge responsibility admits Mahesh.

Well, Mahesh made Jagapathi Babu accept their movie by saying that if he does father’s role, he can prove his versatility. Of course that was a tactic he used to make Jagapathi accept the father role quips Mahesh.
