Man sells away a Police Station

The real boom is leading several land frauds every where. Every inch of land in a cosmopolitan city like Bengaluru is precious. A miscreant felt the same and to make some big money, he went on to sell Kamakshipalya traffic police in Bengaluru. The miscreant B Shivakumar Swamy sold the land to D Nagendra Kamath, a Realtor, using fake ownership documents a few years back.

Kamath came to the police station on 11th of this month and threatened the police to raze down the police station. He even ordered the construction workers they had brought with them to build a shed in the compound stating he owned the land. He was shell shocked after learning that he was cheated and the land belonged to the government

Kamath filed a civil case on Shivakumar and even Police filed a case against him. Even the man got cheated also got some cases registered on him under sections 448 (house-trespass), 471 (using as genuine a forged document), 353 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty), and 468 (forgery for purpose of cheating) of the IPC.
